Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop your cookie dough with a table spoon and roll into a ball.
Place cookie dough balls on baking sheet and slightly flatten with your hand or spoon. (for crisper cookies, flatten completely)
Bake for 12-15 min or until desired doneness.
